The soils are loam over red clay with quartz and granite pebbles.

Grown in sustainable development.
MAKING
Cinsault/Petit Manseng are made separately from the Grenache. All is quickly pressed to keep the pale colour of the juice and fermented at low temperature (at about 15°C) to develop aromas. Cinsault/Petit Manseng rested 4 months on fine lees before been blended with Grenache.
