MAKING
Hand-picked, sorted, the grapes are destemmed and vinified in stainless steel vats. The fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. After a short maceration, the wine is aged throughout the winter, before bottling.
Natural wine, unfiltered, unfined, Contains less than 30 mg/l of SO2.
NOSE
Notes of blackcurrant buds, fennel, black tea, and thyme.
