A right rosé, generous, full of aromas.
MAKING
Harvested at the end of the night just before sun rising when the temperature is at his lowest to preserve the freshness of the aromas.
After gentle pressing the juice undergoes a slow and steady fermentation (at about 15°C), several months on fine lees before creating the blend of the vintage.
