MAKING
Developed with the ancestral method, bottled with some residual natural sugars, the alcoholic fermentation was finished in the bottleto cause foaming, with out any adds. Unfiltered, Indegenousyeast, no sulfites add.
NOSE
Fresh strawberry and agrums scented.
PALATE
Super brightand fresh bubbles with reds fruits notes. Fun style, soft black currant flowers hints with candied cranberries.
